4. Payments and Refunds

Prices are shown in USD and may change. Refunds: on-demand courses are refundable within 7 days if less than 20% is viewed; live cohorts are refundable up to 72 hours before the first session. Transaction processing is handled by third-party providers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, patterns, and materials are owned by Boldfield Knitworks or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission, except as allowed for personal use under course licenses.

6. Acceptable Use

No harassment, hate speech, or infringement of others’ rights.
No unauthorized sharing of course materials or access credentials.
No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is” without warranties of specific outcomes. We do not offer medical or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boldfield Knitworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
